  • Manage and own a client portfolio, working with technical and business departments alongside our global teams, building and maintaining a relationship with the C-level executives
  • Collaboration with the global implementation teams across multiple projects
  • Establish KPIs according to the sales process and client deliverables
  • Primary contact for local teams, global resources & clients for complex business solutions
  • Ensure implementation process and timeline to reach on-time execution and client objectives, responsibility on the Customer Success process
  • Monitor system usage and engagement level to achieve high client retention & success rate across the client portfolio
  • Conduct a weekly session with global implementation teams and communication with clients according to the project’s progress or necessity

Skills & Experience

  • Local residence in Colombia (Bogota)
  • Fluent English skills, spoken and written – Must
  • BSc/BA with a technological background – Must
  • 3 years of experience in Project Management positions – Must
  • Experience in working with software/ERP implementations – Advantage
  • MS Office – Extensive knowledge in Excel
  • MS SQL, BI Tools (Power BI) knowledge – Advantage
  • Programming Knowledge in Python – Advantage
  • Excellent communication skills – a people’s person
  • Familiarity of the Retail market and environment
  • Ability to work in a self-learning environment
  • Analytical, technical and IT aptitude
  • Willingness to travel
