Job Description
- Manage and own a client portfolio, working with technical and business departments alongside our global teams, building and maintaining a relationship with the C-level executives
- Collaboration with the global implementation teams across multiple projects
- Establish KPIs according to the sales process and client deliverables
- Primary contact for local teams, global resources & clients for complex business solutions
- Ensure implementation process and timeline to reach on-time execution and client objectives, responsibility on the Customer Success process
- Monitor system usage and engagement level to achieve high client retention & success rate across the client portfolio
- Conduct a weekly session with global implementation teams and communication with clients according to the project’s progress or upon necessity
