Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to join our Global Engineering team. You’ll touch almost every part of BizTech, from design and build solutions from scratch, monitoring our cloud compute and network infrastructure to supporting SaaS applications.

An experienced individual contributor in an operations engineering role.
Thrive in troubleshooting and problem solving activities Know one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Ruby, and Go. Infrastructure as Code (e. g. Terraform). CI and Automation tools Cloud Providers (e. g. AWS, GCP).
Have a desire to continually learn about the new technologies that are deployed Have familiarity with Lean Processes.

Lead Dev Infrastructure needs and support the engineering team. Collaborate with various global stakeholder teams to monitor, log, troubleshoot, repair and document to ensure the stability of our services and business operations. Develop, improve and drive processes for monitoring the health and availability of services, and identify gaps to improve operational efficiency.
