Marketing Manager – LATAM

We are Onebeat, an Israeli retail tech company specializing in AI-driven solutions. With a strong brand presence in LATAM, we’re on the hunt for a Marketing Manager rockstar to join our expanding team.

Job Description

• Create and initiate webinars tailored to the LATAM market
• Localize the company’s marketing content for regional relevance
• Edit and create podcasts and videos to engage the local audience
• Conduct market research to identify relevant companies and opportunities in LATAM
• Organize closed events to foster community and customer engagement
• Serve as the primary contact person in the region, liaising with local departments, sales, and customer service teams
• Work closely with headquarters to align on global marketing strategies

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS or retail
• Strong understanding of the LATAM retail landscape
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Creative, self-starter, and willing to grow with the company
