Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, crafting tailored outreach, and nurturing opportunities into qualified leads. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building relationships, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential clients using LinkedIn, email, phone, and events.
- Conduct Targeted Research: Analyze industries and companies to craft personalized outreach strategies.
- Build Relationships: Engage decision-makers to communicate Onebeat’s value and schedule product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with account executives and sales managers to ensure a seamless handoff of leads.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy: Record activities and insights in Hubspot or relevant platforms.
- Achieve and Exceed Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
Skills & Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- SDR Experience: Proven success as a B2B SaaS SDR (6–18 months).
- Communication Skills: Strong writing, speaking, and social communication abilities, including simplifying technical concepts.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hubspot, or similar tools.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable top-of-funnel activity.
- English Fluency: Essential for global communication.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong market research and analysis skills.
- Flexibility to Travel: Willing to travel to North America 3-4 times per year for meetings and events.
- Flexibility in Hours: Willingness to work U.S. hours, From Mondays to Fridays.
