Job Description

Our Customer Success department is looking to add a top-notch Support Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a talented and analytical persona on a full time basis.

We are looking for a dedicated support engineer to ensure that our customers’ technical queries are resolved in a timeous and satisfactory manner. In this role, your duties will include assisting customers with application installations, resolving queries via our desktop support solutions, and escalating serious issues to the software development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers via desktop solutions, chat functions, emails, and calls.
  • Assist customers with implementations, questions, and technical issues.
  • Ensure optimal application functionality
  • Provide customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems.
  • Create documentation for new features and FAQs
  • Prioritize customer queries and escalate serious technical issues to relevant people/teams

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience as a support engineer or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of MS SQL and Excel
  • B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering / Computer Science – Advantage
  • High-level English skills, spoken and written – Must
  • Ability to work in a self-learning environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, technical and can do attitude
  • Willingness to work weekends/shifts
  • Retail experience – Advantage
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems (big advantage)
  • Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
