What You’ll Do

• Design user-centered solutions for complex web applications, contributing to high-quality experiences that align with Onebeat’s business goals and user needs.
• Maintain Onebeat’s Design System, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across the platform.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to align design concepts with both technical and business objectives.
• Balance multiple design tasks effectively, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and priorities.

Skills & Experience

Experience

• 4-5 + years of experience in user experience (UX) and product design, ideally within complex web applications.
• A proven track record of delivering high-impact, high-quality design solutions in fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

• Figma Expert: Mastery of Figma, with advanced skills in auto layout, prototyping, and use of variables. (This is one of our key requirements!)
• Skilled in identifying and leveraging established design styles and patterns to create consistent and efficient design solutions.
• Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems, with the ability to lead and evolve design consistency across products.

Design Portfolio

• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your strengths in visual, interface, and interaction design, with a focus on solving complex systems and applications.

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong independent task management skills.
• Adaptable to shifting requirements, with a knack for multitasking and reprioritizing on the go.

Comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle, including research, prototyping, design, and usability testing.
