Our Customer Success department is looking to add a top-notch engineer to be part of our implementation team in Japan. We are searching for a talented, creative, and analytical persona to join us for a full-time basis.

Job Description

  • Build the Project Roadmap & Implementation plan based on a predefined timeline.
  • Execution of the Business plan and logic, in collaboration with Onebeat’s Customer Success department personnel.
  • Perform system training sessions to end users and relevant client personnel.
  • Provide Onsite and Online 1st tier Support.
  • Handle communications with the client and with the Local & Israeli team.
  • Follow milestones of the implementation process, ensure the Project’s success.

Skills & Experience

  • Local residence in Japan (Tokyo).
  • Local residence in Latam
  • Fluent English skills, spoken and written – Must
  • Academic degree with a Technological Background – Must
  • MS Office & MS SQL knowledge and experience – Advantage
  • Previous experience with ERP systems/Information systems or Supply Chain – Advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills, technical and IT capabilities
  • Self-learning skills, High communication skills & a Team player
  • Willingness to travel within the region (Japan) to various clients
